All too often, we neglect to give careful thought to the timing and delivery of important conversations. Sometimes we put them off, when it would be more constructive to have them earlier. Other times, we have important conversations when we’re emotionally escalated, when waiting until we were more calm and clear, and able to be more in our wisdom would have created a better result. In this episode, I will share with you some thoughts on choosing the best timing and delivery for those important conversations you need to have.
